Refund policy

Not the right fit? No problem — we aim to make returns as straightforward as possible.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations.

To start a return, simply complete our returns form and our team will review your request and be in touch.


Return eligibility

To ensure your return is accepted, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Be unused and in a resalable condition
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible

You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If an item has been handled in a way that reduces its value, we may make a deduction from your refund.


Non-returnable items

Some items are not eligible for return or cancellation:

  • Bespoke or personalised items
  • Products with a broken seal or tampering with protective packaging

These exclusions apply in line with consumer regulations.


When we accept returns

You can request a return if:

  • You have changed your mind (within 14 days of delivery)
  • The item is faulty or defective
  • The item is damaged in transit
  • You have received the wrong item

All return requests are reviewed before being approved.


Returns process

  1. Complete our online returns request form
  2. Our team will review your request
  3. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund

Please note: submitting a returns form does not automatically guarantee a refund — all items are inspected upon return.


Return costs

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return costs
  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return postage

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, we may ask for supporting evidence (such as photos) to help us resolve the issue quickly.


Refunds

If you cancel your order within the 14-day period:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the goods have been returned

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.


Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, please include this in your return request.

We will confirm availability and next steps once your request has been reviewed.
